Blue Point Kicks off 2025 Celebrating 25 Years of Partnership & Growth

As we celebrate 25 years of growth and partnership, we take a moment to reflect on the journey that brought us here. Our achievements have been powered by collaboration, adaptability and a shared commitment to excellence. Above all, they have been fueled by the talented individuals who have shaped our story—our team, portfolio companies and partners. We are deeply grateful for their dedication, hard work, and trust, which made every milestone possible.

This past year, we closed 12 transactions, including two platform acquisitions, eight strategic add-ons, an exit and a divestiture.

We believe our greatest strength lies in the people behind the work. This year, we’re especially proud to welcome new team members and celebrate those who have stepped into new roles.

We are humbled to have received several industry recognitions over the past year. These honors are not just a reflection of our team’s work but a testament to the companies we partner with.

We believe in creating value beyond the balance sheet, including the recently launched Blue Point Cares program is designed to provide charitable relief funds to employees of Blue Point portfolio companies who are facing unexpected personal hardships. This initiative reflects our ongoing commitment to responsible business practices and reinforces the values we prioritize at Blue Point.
