Drew joined the group in 2025 and actively supports the firm’s investment sourcing efforts. Most recently, he was an Investment Banking Associate at Lincoln International. Prior to joining Lincoln, Drew was an analyst at J.P. Morgan's Private Bank.
Drew graduated with a B.B.A. in Finance from Southern Methodist University and received his M.B.A. from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
Outside of the office, Drew is either hitting the links for a round of golf, playing paddle tennis, skiing or cheering on his beloved Chicago sports teams. Drew and his fiancée also love exploring the local food scene, trying out new restaurants and attempting to train their new puppy, Gus.
