Leveraging Blue Point’s data analytics, digital marketing and e-commerce knowledge, Trademark successfully migrated from homegrown IT system and QuickBooks to a third-party ERP system. Trademark utilized an Amazon search landscape monitoring tool to protect current product rankings and identify new opportunities, and institutionalized inventory management and product development process upon developing purchasing, inventory, management and logistics metrics. Additionally, Trademark established and staffed a Category Management Team to review product mix, inventory management and pricing initiative.
Global Supply ChainÂ
In partnership with Blue Point’s global supply chain team, Trademark established an international office with a team of six staff and re-designed its sourcing, quality control and new product launch processes. Trademark accelerated entry into new product categories and nearly halved the time of new products to market. Trademark also significantly improved working capital via better payment terms.Â
